Why GWI Built It
GWI has integrated luxury smart home systems for 25 years — Crestron estates in Beverly Hills, Lutron lighting for Grammy-winning artists, home theaters that exceed commercial cinema standards.
But a pattern became clear: the most sophisticated technology in the most expensive homes was almost entirely oriented toward convenience and entertainment. Almost nothing was oriented toward the biology of the people living there.
The bedroom was lit by the same spectrum at 10pm as at 10am. Air quality was unmeasured. The acoustic environment was an afterthought. The home was smart about everything except what mattered most: how the people in it felt, slept, thought, and recovered.
