GWI provides remote support for most software and configuration issues — many problems can be resolved without an on-site visit. For hardware issues, GWI dispatches a technician. We maintain relationships with Crestron, Lutron, Savant, and Sonos for warranty and replacement support.
Can GWI take over service on a system installed by another company?
Yes. GWI regularly takes over service and support for systems installed by other integrators — whether the original company is no longer in business, the relationship ended, or the client moved to the LA area with an existing system. We assess the system, document it, and provide ongoing support from there.
