Having worked in the field of home and commercial automation for many years, I really like having Kyle and his very well-educated staff working with me. Fourteen months ago we embarked upon an extensive home renovation project in Northern California. Mike Villa installed the Savant home automation system in our house and he was incredible. There were some huge hurdles to overcome for the integration with all of our equipment but 4 days later it was up and running with one small bug that’s was immediately handled. On top of that, he scheduled a time to walk all of us through the system and added a couple of improvements that were really apreciated. I cannot say enough about Mike and the incredible work he did on this project. He had a level of professional that exceeded just about anyone we have had work in our house.

Wow, mike and zack came to our house to help us implement a sound system for the house. mike came first to talk with us a week or so before. we were so happy to talk to him. he really understood us and what we needed and in turn helped us understand everything as we are pretty hopeless re technology. the day arrived and the two of them worked hard and were kind and thoughtful about our home, and hooked us up with the loveliest and most amazing set up. we could not be happier and are so grateful that we were guided to them by a friend. look no further, these guys are a huge win for anyone looking to do any version big or small…

Global Wave Integration saved our system and made us very happy!

We installed a large scale Crestron system 7 years ago and were plagued with problems to the point where my family didn’t dare turn on the audio or a TV.

We were ready to rip our system out and start over! We met Johnny and Kyle and they evaluated our system and then ultimately made a recommendation to use as much as our old system as possible but to re-program certain errors from our prior provider and to replace certain limited areas with new equipment that made cost sense.

Three months later, we lover our system! Lighting! Audio! TVs! Pool! Cameras! Theater – we are enjoying the broad capabilities of an integrated home automation system. Global Wave is committed to getting projects right – they don’t give up! Customer service was responsive – I highly recommend them!

I asked them to upgrade my home wi-fi network (which was a complicated setup, with multiple rooms, multiple devices). They were very responsive, thorough, on-budget and on time – and my network now has speeds of over 200mbps throughout the house.

Global Wave Integration is amazing! We have had Zack come out a few times to help us set up Apple TV’s in our clinic that were already connected to old accounts on Android devices. He was so helpful and I cannot recommend this company enough. We were having a ton of issues with our old system, and we couldn’t gain access to any of our TV’s and he was able to help us set up a new apple account and connect all of our TV’s to Apple TV’s. Any problem or issue that we presented was solved immediately. We can’t thank Zack enough for all of his help! Amazing customer service–we will definitely use them again in the future.

Great experience with Global Wave and their team! We are a luxury condo building with a large theater project that was completed. The on-site techs are very knowledgeable and communicate very well. The customer service from the office staff has also been flawless, despite all of my requests! We have some additional needs upcoming to further enhance our system and have already started working again with Global Wave. Would recommend for any large business project!

WOW, first class service by Global Wave Integration. Michael V. and his amazing team went beyond my expectations with the utmost care to every detail with professionalism and white glove service. We asked for additional speakers after the fact and they were 10 steps ahead of us and ran them just in case which saved us time and money. Brilliant!!!!
